i-Travel defines the high level architecture

Part of the work of the i-Travel project has been to investigate the i-Travel requirements for the high level architecture, the main objective of this work package was to define a common High Level Architecture proposal for the i-Travel. Based on an analysis of the output of the requirements & use cases issued from WP2  and other analyses (e.g. technology trends), this common HLA  describes:
•    How user needs should be transformed  into system/functional/ non functional requirements  – identify the systems, functions and expected level of performances (ie non-functional requirements).
•    How systems/functions are in line with existing standardized technologies, or where new standards may be needed – Technology  crossed matrix & benchmark.
•    What is the most relevant architecture towards deployment  options  for the i-Travel concept.
